Our goal: To ship all orders placed Monday – Friday within 24 hours. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. We ship from Oklahoma City, OK 73103.

Upon completion of your purchase:

  • You will receive an email or text with an order confirmation, assuming you enter this information when placing your order and opt in for notifications. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk folder.
  • In the email confirmation there will be a link to “View your order” which will take you to your order status page. You will be able to track the progress of your order in real time. Please save this email so you can always get back to your order status page.
  • If you do not receive an email please reach out to customer service at Customers will be responsible for items stolen after delivery. If you would like signature required please reach out to customer service prior to your package being shipped.

We will contact you if there is an issue with your order or credit card information. Please make sure the billing address entered matches the billing address attached to your credit card to avoid delays or cancellation of your order.
