RETURNS
We want your experience shopping at moneyruinseverything.com to be smooth and stress free. If products you purchased do not meet your expectations, you may return them with the packing slip within 30 days from the date the order was delivered. Items in new condition with all tags attached, undamaged packaging, and not considered “final sale” may be returned. In the event the return of an item results in an order total dropping below a promotional discount threshold, we will reduce the refund amount by the amount of the original discount.
Free Unlimited Returns
Free unlimited returns are available at the time of purchase for a very low cost. You will be able to use our return portal operated by redo to initiate returns and exchanges and receive your shipping label. If you do not purchase our return service, you would still use our return portal and be able to purchase a shipping label at a discounted rate.

Order Protection
If you purchased order protection with your order and your package was damaged, lost or stolen, click HERE to file a claim.
Please note, you’ll only be able to file a claim if you purchased order protection when placing your order. Money Ruins Everything is exempt of liability if the customer opts out of order protection.
Loss or damage claims must be reported within 72 hours of package delivery or attempted delivery by the carrier.
Exchanges
You can initiate an exchange through our portal. If you purchased return protection you will be provided a label to use for your exchange. Your payment method will be charged for the replacement item, and it will be shipped immediately. As soon as your return is processed, your refund will be initiated. This can take up to 7-10 days. (usually much shorter)
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Returns are not accepted on sale or clearance items.
- Returns are not accepted on items outside of their original packaging, damaged packaging, labels or shrink wrap removed, etc.
- Any deck that’s gripped or board that’s been assembled at the customer’s request is not eligible for return or exchange.
- There are no returns on any limited release or special drop items.
How to Return an Item
- Click HERE to look up your order.
- Once found, you will be asked a few questions to determine if you are eligible for a return.
- If the order is determined eligible for return and if you purchased free unlimited returns at checkout a shipping label will be provided. If not, you will be given the opportunity to purchase a label at a discounted rate.
- We may ask you for your receipt that was emailed at time of purchase.
- Include the original packing slip with your return. Carefully pack the item in a way that will protect it from damage. Money Ruins Everything will not be responsible for damage caused by improper packing.
- Drop the package with the provided shipping label affixed at your local carrier.
Items purchased online at moneyruinseverything.com can be returned in-person at our retail location at 516 NW 23rd St, Oklahoma City OK 73103.
