Returns are allowed up to 30 days after purchase.

To be eligible for a return, packaging must be in it’s original, unaltered, resaleable condition. This includes all tags, labels, boxes, or any other packaging materials. Clothing must be unwashed and with all tags attached – no hair, odor, or makeup stains. Footwear must be unworn and include all original packaging. Do not walk around in the shoes if you plan to return them.

Damages and Issues

Any shipping, order, or product problems must be reported within 72 hours of package delivery by the carrier or attempted delivery to the address provided by the carrier.


We do not do exchanges. If you decide a different size or color is desired, your fastest solution is to return the original item and purchase the replacement from the site.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

  • Returns are not accepted on sale or clearance items.
  • Any deck that’s gripped or board that’s been assembled at the customer’s request is not eligible for return or exchange
  • There are no returns on any Quickstrike shoes. These are limited release shoes that launch at a specific time.


Refunds are processed immediately once a returned item has been inspected and deemed resalable. In the case that the return of an item results in an order total dropping below a promotional discount threshold, we will reduce the refund amount by the amount of the original discount. Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase. It can take up to 10 business days for banks to process and return funds to you. It typically takes less than 10 days.


All items we sell are warranted by the manufacturers against manufacturing defects. Please contact us if you believe your purchase is defective and we will help facilitate a warranty claim with the manufacturer. We’ll make sure you’re taken care of.


  1. Print and fill out the Product Return Form you can download HERE.
  2. Contact to initiate the return process and include the completed Product Return Form in your email. Please included a detailed request and make sure your order number is on the form.
  3. Upon receiving approval to ship from our team, carefully pack your item in a way it comes back undamaged and in resalable condition. A completed Product Return Form in the in the package is required with your return to receive final approval.
  4. You may ship using the carrier of your choice or you may purchase a return label from us. The total for the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If a label is purchased from us you can drop your package at any FedEx approved drop off location.
  5. Upon arrival at our warehouse, the return will be inspected within 3 business days and assuming condition is as stated, a refund will be initiated.
